The perfume of peach, bergamot, orange blossom and lime, working their magic on the senses, are built on a medium-bodied stature. In the mouth, minerals, spice and bergamot carry a long finish. There is some sweetness, but it works a tightrope balancing act well with the acid, giving a dry impression. It is delicious with choucroute or red curry shrimps.
