Clean and very refreshing with aromas of grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruit, beautiful flavours of fresh melon, fig, and lime with great balance and a crisp, mouth-watering texture and a lingering, minerally finish. A great match for salads, seafood, grilled chicken or fish, as an aperitif wine, or just on its own. A fantastic value.
