There’s a difference of opinion on this one: some of my tasters preferred a sharp wedge of Gorgonzola with the salad, others favoured the milder Brie. You decide what’s best for you. To make this a dinner salad, add grilled chicken and a baguette. |

If you're looking for a Pinot Grigio with character, try this one. What makes this wine interesting is the addition of a grape called Verduzzo to the Pinot Grigio, which gives it a richer mouthfeel and a touch more fruit. The flavours are white peach and citrus. The wine is medium-bodied, fresh and easy drinking.
