This Grenache Blanc/Bourboulenc/Marsanne/Viognier blend blooms with acacia and orange blossom aromas. The lemony sip turns to a richer peach before veering to a stern mineral finish. Can’t argue with the crayfish-in-court-bouillon food pairing suggestion.
