Fresh and aromatic with loads of peach, citrus, and spice character. The seemingly light and fresh entry is transformed by a firm structure and bracing acidity and a complex flavour profile showing peach, grapefruit, orange peel, green apple, and lime with classic Alsace spice. Multi-layered with a perfect amount of residual sugar to add to the body, but there is great balance and a vibrant, lingering finish. Mouth-wateringly good.
