Peach, lime, mineral, smoky minerals and hints of arugala are built on a medium bodied frame. It is backed up by zingy acidity. The finish is lengthy with a core of minerals dancing across the palate and a hint of residual sugar on the finale. Try with Comté or Mimolette cheese.
