This current rendition of this wine spent 10 months in barrel and is a blend of 88% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Semillon. Smokey herbs, nuts, grapefruit, passion fruit, asparagus, toast and vanilla are all found on the nose. In the mouth, it is all about gooseberry, grapefruit, spice and vanilla. Try with sautéed pork tenderloin and Swiss chard in a béchamel sauce.
