Of the many Riesling offerings produced by Hidden Bench, this is always the fullest and ripest. It serves up a high smoky/minerality and lime cordial on the nose and a combination of minerals, petrol and bergamot jam. It is a terroir based Riesling for aficionados of the grape. It is made for food along the lines of choucroute or river fish.
