HOP has crafted another righteous Riesling Ice experience. This version, having profited from the heat of 2007, inundates the senses with peach jam, honeycomb, flowers and dried apricots. The palate is explosive and rich, but with enough acid to keep it from becoming cloying. Excellent length.
