This is one of those dishes that, at first glance, seems too complicated for anyone other than a chef. Actually, it couldn’t be easier. The sweet flavour of the meat compliments the dish’s melt-in-your mouth texture. |

A blend of 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Merlot, this easy drinking red serves a mix of cherry, herbs, spice, peppermint and cocoa on the nose. There is a sweet core of fruit, notably cherry and cassis, which combines with vanilla and cedar on the finale. Enjoy it over the next 3 years.
