No bubbles here, and perfectly dry, too. The nose has a mineral, cutting edge to it behind grilled almonds. Powerful palate, the sharp acidity is complemented by the rich and creamy fruity flavours. The long finish has a delicate note of anise. Drink or keep up to 4 years.
