Made from the old southern French variety Picpoul, this is becoming something of a cult wine. The citrus fruit displays both fresh grapefruit and lemon with attractive floral scents as well. Nicely balanced citrus and peach flavours kick in on the palate, with some mineral grip on the appetizingly crisp finish.
