50% Semillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sauvignon Gris. A very elegant wine. Straw coloured with a lime tint; well-integrated nose of white flowers, green plums and new oak; rich elderberry and gooseberry flavours that linger on the palate with a crisply dry finish.
