Gilles Bois' coup de foudre for wine struck after opening a bottle of 1978 Barolo that literally filled the room with its irresistible bouquet. Some 25 years later, the passion is intact and still growing. A part-time wine critic and writer, he is a regular contributor to Tidings. He also collaborates to Effervescence and Cellier.
