Predominantly Cabernet Franc and Gamay showing mineral notes with flavours of crisp, rich cherry and raspberry, elegant and well structured with a dry, but fruit-filled finish. Will pair with everything from antipasti, warmed goat cheese, hot dogs, lamb, salmon, chicken, and just about anything else.
