The pale rose colour is indicative of this rosé-only producing appellation, with Grenache dominating this 9-varietal blend. A fruit frenzy of blueberry, strawberry, cherry and raspberry fascinates, while violets and herbes de Provence enchant. A complete package: juicy front-end, rich mid-palate, minerally finish. Enjoy anytime, with virtually any dish.

Fresh, great with food, ideal for BBQs, entertaining or just sipping a glass on the deck. Reminiscent of the great rosé wines from France’s Loire Valley. Predominantly Cabernet Franc and Gamay showing mineral notes with flavours of crisp, rich cherry and raspberry, elegant and well structured with a dry, but fruit-filled finish. Will pair with everything from antipasti, warmed goat cheese, hot dogs, lamb, salmon, chicken, and just about anything else.

The luminescent cherry-red colour portends the fresh strawberry and cherry aromas. The subtle herbaceous edge and spicy mid-palate affirm this 50/50 Cabernet Sauvignon-Syrah blend. The juicy texture and clean finish will complement Japanese cuisine.

Deep pink in colour with a bouquet of wild strawberries and minerals. The wine has a soft mouthfeel and a hint of sweetness in its cherry-like flavour. Very easy drinking.

This is a blend of 40% Merlot and equal parts both Cabernets. As rosés go, there is weight and concentration as well as a profile of strawberries, watermelon rind, rhubarb and smoky herbs. Enjoy its medium length. Ideal for a charcuterie plate.
