Winemaker Daniel Pi pays tribute to his workers’ “manos” with this “hand”-crafted wine. Showcases a spectacular nose of enticing violets, smoke, spice and meat. A well-built structure supports loads of ripe black fruit flavours. Savoury and chocolate tones persist on the super-long finish. A wine worthy of contemplation.
