This blend of 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Cabernet Franc and 23% Merlot offers up a mélange of coffee, cassis, raspberries, ash and spice. The tannins are firm and somewhat dry, but the finish is long with raspberries, cocoa, cassis, spice and mint qualities. Hold it for a couple of years and enjoy it until 2017.
