This blend of Cab Sauv (70%), Malbec (20%), Syrah (8%) and Merlot (2%) captures the essence of its high-altitude Tupungato mountain vineyards. Aromas and flavours of black currant, cedar and tobacco, with hints of violets. The palate is rich, concentrated and well structured. Serve up some beef chimichurri.
