Intense smoky, spicy aromas, intertwined with black fruits and flecks of paprika. Concentrated black fruit on the medium-bodied palate, framed by vibrant acidity, ripe tannins and a dry finish. The 15% Cabernet Franc adds complexity. Begs for a dish with chorizo sausage
