2  100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat Tortillas

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp of your favourite herbs and spices

Pinch of salt


Method/Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Place tortillas on cutting broad. Spread margarine over tops. Sprinkle with spice grinder. Using sharp knife, cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Transfer to large baking sheet, placing spice side up.

3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating pan half way, or until golden brown. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
