3 Tbsp butter, softened

12 slices egg bread

3 Tbsp Dijon mustard

6 oz cooked turkey

6 oz Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

1 tomato, thinly sliced

3 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/4 tsp pepper

2. Arrange sandwiches, cut side down and overlapping, in greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Whisk together eggs, milk and pepper; pour over sandwiches. Cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Bake in 375°F oven for about 30 minutes or until crisp and golden. Garnish with parsley.
