1 cup masa flour (corn tortilla flour)

2/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 Tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup water

2 large eggs

Method/Steps

1. In a bowl, combine masa, flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, combine water and eggs. Stir liquid into masa mixture until just blended.

2. Spoon batter, in 1/4-inch portions, into a lightly greased frying pan set over medium heat. Spread batter out into 4-inch diameter rounds. Cook until tops bubble, about 5 minutes; turn tortillas with a wide spatula and brown the bottoms. Serve warm.
