Thai Hot Sauce
Use with caution! This sauce is very spicy. The recipe is from The Young Thailand Cookbook by Wandee Young and Byron Ayanoglu (Random House Canada).
Ingredients
3 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
6 to 7 fresh chilies, finely chopped
Method/Steps
Mix all the ingredients together and stir to dissolve the sugar. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
