Rosemary Roasted Almonds
Ingredients
2-1/4 cups whole unblanched almonds
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
4 fresh rosemary sprigs
Method/Steps
In a bowl, combine the almonds, olive oil, salt, pepper, minced rosemary and rosemary sprigs. Turn to coat the almonds well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet. Roast in a 350°F oven, stirring a few times, until the almonds are beginning to lightly brown, 20 minutes. Transfer the almonds to paper towels and let cool. Discard rosemary sprigs. Transfer the cooled almonds to a pretty bowl.
