Ingredients
1 pot with a minimum capacity of 3 litres
2 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup corn kernels
Method/Steps
1. Spread oil along the bottom of the pot. Sprinkle corn kernels over the oil, making sure that they’re in an even layer.
2. Leave lid slightly ajar to allow steam to escape. Turn the heat to medium.
3. Once popping has slowed, remove the pot from the heat and pour the popped corn into a bowl. Drizzle melted butter over the top, then sprinkle with salt, cheese, or any store-bought seasoning. Mix with your hands until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
