Pickled Fruit Relish

Serve with roast meats and seafood.

Pickled fruit from the Citrus or Cranberry Vinegars

2 to 4 Tbsp sugar, or to taste

Method/Steps

1. Place pickled fruit on a cutting board and chop the citrus, but leave the cranberries whole.

2. In a medium frying pan, stir together 1/2 cup of pickled fruit and sugar. Shake pan often over medium heat until mixture boils and fruit turns shiny and slightly translucent, about 5 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
