Oysters with Tomatillo Salsa
Ingredients
2 cans (13 oz each) tomatillos, chopped
4 oz green chilies, diced
1/2 cup green onion, minced
1/2 cup cilantro, minced
2 Tbsp lime juice
Salt
Method/Steps
1. Shuck oysters.
2. Drain juice from tomatillos and discard. Mix tomatillos and chilies together in a bowl with green onion, cilantro and lime juice. Season to taste.
