Mussels Mediterranean
Ingredients
¼ cup Hellman’s Sun dried Tomato & Pesto Vinaigrette
1 cup white wine
12 fresh mussels, cleaned
2 Tbsp tomato, chopped
1 Tbsp green onion, chopped
French bread
Method/Steps
1. Put mussels, tomato, green onions, Hellman’s Sun dried Tomato & Pesto Vinaigrette and wine in a covered pot and cook until mussels start to open, about 2-3 minutes.
2. Scoop the cooked mussels into a serving dish, and pour the cooking liquor over the top.
3. Serve with the French bread for dipping.
