Mozzarella Salad
Ingredients
mixed leaves
1 ball mozzarella di bufala, sliced or torn
olive oil
lemon juice
1 dried chili, chopped
1–2 peaches, peeled and sliced
4 slices of prosciutto
mint leaves
Method/Steps
Toss the leaves in olive oil and lemon, then arrange the rest prettily on a vast plate. Eat with fingers, or, if you must, forks.
