1-1/2 lbs large shelled and cooked shrimp

3 Tbsp olive oil

3 Tbsp lemon juice

3 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped

3 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped

3/4 tsp pepper

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill at least 30 minutes or up to one day.
