1 can (11 oz/312 g) green tomatoes (tomatillos), drained

1 tbsp lime juice

2 avocadoes, pitted and peeled

1 clove garlic

2 tbsp cilantro

Corn tortilla chips & assorted fresh vegetables


Method/Steps

1. Place ingredients, except tortilla chips and vegetables, in a blender container in the order given above.

2. Cover container with lid; pulse on until chopped finely or to desired consistency.

3. Pour into bowl; serve with tortilla chips and assorted fresh veggies.
