Hummus
Ingredients
2 cups canned chickpeas, strained
2/3 cup Tahini paste
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove, pressed
Salt, to taste
3 Tbsp parsley, chopped
Method/Steps
In a blender or food processor, combine chickpeas, Tahini paste, lemon juice and pressed garlic. Blend until puréed. Stir in salt to taste. Spoon into a bowl and stir in chopped parsley.
