Grilled Tomatoes

Tomatoes, cut in half, seeded

Olive oil

Salt

Herbs, fresh or dry, such as thyme, oregano, basil, parsley, mint

Method/Steps

1. Drizzle olive oil on each tomato half. Sprinkle each half with a bit of salt. Add a pinch of any type of herb you prefer, fresh or dry. Or try a combination.

2. Place tomato halves on the grill or under a broiler. Cook them until they reach the desired doneness.
