Grapefruit-Basil Sorbet
Ingredients
1 cup each water and sugar
2 cups fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
2 Tbsp basil, finely chopped
Method/Steps
Bring water and sugar to a boil over high heat; stir to dissolve sugar. Chill. Add juice and basil to sugar syrup. Pour mixture into a pan and freeze until hard. Or use an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s directions
