Garlic Shrimp with Lemon and Parsley
Ingredients
10 large raw shrimp
¼ cup olive oil
1 garlic glove, thinly sliced
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
Method/Steps
1. Remove the heads and shells and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
2. Heat the olive oil in a deep sauté pan and cook the garlic, over medium-high heat, stirring until it begins to sizzle. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and curl.
3. With a spoon, transfer the shrimp to warmed bowls. Sprinkle each bowl with a tablespoon of lemon juice and parsley.

Wine and Spirits Match
Serve immediately with bread to soak up the juice. Enjoy a Fino or a Manzanilla sherry.
