Devilled Eggs with Tzatziki and Salmon Filling

4 hard-boiled eggs

150 g smoked salmon

70 g tzatziki

salt and pepper

Method/Steps

1. Boil eggs. Peel, cut them in half and remove yolks. Place yolks into a bowl, and place whites on a serving platter.

2. Stir tzatziki into the egg yolks. Season to taste. Fill the eggs with the tzatziki mixture, and garnish with a thin strip of salmon.
