Creamy Italian Dressing
Not a rub at all, but a creamy dressing that takes advantage of the herbs in your cupboard. Change it up based on what herbs you have on hand.
Ingredients
Method/Steps
In a large bowl, whisk one-third cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 1 tablespoon sugar, one-half teaspoon, one-half teaspoon dried oregano, one-half teaspoon dried basil, one-half teaspoon dried parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in one-third cup extra virgin olive oil. Serve over mixed field greens, grated carrots and grape tomatoes.
