17.6 oz (500g) 35% cream
1 oz (30 g) buttermilk
Method/Steps
Heat cream until lukewarm (about 25°C). Pour warm cream into a bowl and add buttermilk. Stir. Cover with a tea towel, and leave out overnight. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
