Chocolate Ice Cream
This Chocolate Ice Cream recipe has only 6 ingredients, requires no cooking, and with the right equipment is ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 egg
2/3 cup sugar
1 cups milk
2 cups cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
Method/Steps
1. Beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until thick and cream-coloured. 2. Add milk, cream, vanilla, and cocoa mixing well. 3. Pour into an ice-cream maker and turn handle 3 times every 2-3 minutes for 20 minutes.
Note: If you don’t own an ice-cream maker, any container will work. Place mixture in the freezer, and stir occasionally until frozen.
