For an easy afternoon snack, whip up this delicious soy smoothie, using Tetra Pak packaged soy beverage. Use your favourite local berries for a treat the whole family will love.

Soy beverages in Tetra Pak cartons are a great alternative to buttermilk and it is full of vitamins and minerals.

Pick up cooked chicken fillets, bagged salad, cheese, mango and ciabatta bread at the supermarket on your way home from work and assemble this salad in minutes. The hearty vinaigrette pairs well with leftover turkey too.

Spread this delicious curd on toast and croissants, use it to fill pastry shells, or pour into a pretty jar and give it away.

If the jar's seal is rubber, cover the glass top with plastic wrap to protect the seal from the alcohol which can eventually soften the rubber.

Purchase 2 pork loins, 9 bones each. Ask the butcher to trim the backbones for easy carving, and have him tie the roasts together to make a crown. Serve with Tangerine Scented Rice.

Ask the butcher for 2 trimmed lamb rib roasts containing 9 bones each. Make sure he cuts off the back bones, so that it's easier for you to carve the roast, and that he joins the two rib portions to form a crown. Serve the roast with Tangerine Scented Rice.

Feel free to substitute your favourite type of pear in this exotic combination.

Serve strawberries warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
