Asian Chicken Wraps

1 tbsp 100% Safflower Oil

1 1/2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage

1 onion, thinly sliced

1/4 tsp each salt & freshly ground black pepper

2 PC Air Chilled Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 10 oz/300 g), thinly sliced crosswise

1/2 cup PC MEMORIES OF Mum's Kitchen Tangy Ginger Soya Sauce

2 carrots, coarsely shredded

6 PC Original Wraps


Method/Steps

1. In large nonstick frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook cabbage, onions, salt and pepper for 2 to 3 minutes or until softened. Stir in chicken; stir-fry for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Stir in Memories sauce; cook until mixture is bubbling. Remove from heat. Stir in carrots.

2. Place wraps on microwave safe plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Place a warmed wrap on dinner plate. Place 1/2 cup (125 mL) chicken mixture in centre of wrap. Roll right third of wrap over filling. Fold bottom of wrap over filling, then roll up from bottom. Repeat with remaining wraps and filling.
