Golden Russet is perhaps the most prized cider apple in North America. This one has perfumed ripe apple scents with a lightly honeyed overtone and presents appetizing apple flavours nicely balanced between sweetness and refreshingly crisp acidity. Honeyed apple notes persist on the finish.
