After a month or so, citrus-based vinegars lend their bittersweet flavour and fragrance to the vinegar. You can even slice up the fruit and use it (peel and all) in salads and roasts. |

Deeply coloured with a mature Burgundian nose; toasty, apple with a barnyard note. A rich, caramel, toast and apple flavours that fill the mouth; medium-bodied with good length and a dry finish.
