Aromatic ripe apple overlaid with notes of honey and spice remind you of spiced baked apple. Sweet apple flavours on the palate are backed by honeyed spice with refreshing effervescence and acidity. A touch of dryness balances the sweetness.

Varieties here are Baldwin, Cox’s Orange Pippin and others. Pronounced aromatic ripe apple and fragrant notes of blossom and honey on the nose lead into refined apple flavours in the mouth, with fairly gentle spritz and very clean fresh apple on the finish. Dry enough to pair with a variety of foods.

Concentrated richness and delicate elegance. The tingling acidity balances beautifully. Complex sweet-tart flavours of orange, peach and tropical fruit persist. The long, lip-smacking finish also resonates with ginger-spice and white pepper notes.

Deeply coloured with a mature Burgundian nose; toasty, apple with a barnyard note. A rich, caramel, toast and apple flavours that fill the mouth; medium-bodied with good length and a dry finish.

Loads of character yet fine and elegant. Tons of strawberries on the nose and palate with a hint of citrus. Very fresh and full with a lovely strawberry, cherry, and mineral aftertaste that persists on the fruit-driven, but dry finish. The ideal wine for summer.
