Had enough of turkey? Say it isn't so.
Most people end up eating turkey sandwiches sometimes up to a week after the festive meal has come and gone. Don't get me wrong: I have absolutely nothing against turkey sandwiches. They are, in fact, one of my favourite things to make with leftovers. Lay two slices of bread side-by-side, top them with turkey and drizzle with gravy or cranberry sauce. Place under the broiler or in a toaster oven, and you have yourself a wonderful open-faced turkey sandwich.
But if you're looking for something a little different this year, read on. Tidings has compiled a whole array of tasty original recipes that make the most of what remains of that memorable feast.
