There is a restaurant near me that serves a delicious rosemary-flavoured steak. I tried making it several times at home — it wasn’t until I marinated the steak after grilling it, that I finally hit on the yummy secret.

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed through a garlic press
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
salt and pepper, to taste
4 rib-eye steaks
Methods/steps
Combine oil, parsley, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper in bowl.
Grill or broil steaks 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Place grilled steaks on large platter. Pour rosemary marinade over steaks. Let rest 10 minutes, turning steaks over after 5 minutes. Remove rosemary sprigs. Serve with roasted potatoes and green beans.
