1 Tbsp sesame oil

1 clove garlic, minced

4 cups daikon radish, peeled, shredded, lightly packed

Salt

2 to 3 Tbsp hot bean paste

2 Tbsp green onion, sliced

Method/Steps

In a bowl, mix vinegar, oil, garlic, radish, salt and bean paste to taste. Garnish with onion.
