1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
2 cups orange juice
Method/Steps
Bring water, sugar and rosemary to a boil over high heat; simmer until reduced to 1/3 cup, about 3 minutes. Chill. Add orange juice to syrup. Pour mixture into a pan and freeze until hard. Or use an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s directions.
