Lemon-Tarragon Sorbet
Ingredients
2-1/2 cups water
1 cup each sugar and fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp tarragon, finely chopped
Method/Steps
Bring water and sugar to a boil over high heat; stir to dissolve sugar. Chill. Add juice and tarragon. Pour mixture into a pan and freeze until hard. Or use an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s directions.
